Because of the unique and made-to-order nature of our creations, all sales are final — no refunds or exchanges are offered.

We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to report the issue so we can make it right.

Our team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days with next steps. Depending on the situation, we may offer a repair, replacement, or other appropriate resolution at our discretion.
